Who do you choose to be?

„Islands of Sanity“ is an immersive experience, inviting participants to go on a reflective journey, challenging your role as a leader in times of uncertainty and unprecedented anxiety.

Through a play of sounds, scents, opposites and tensions the participants were guided through a journey with their emotions, dealing with uncertainty, fear, loneliness, letting go, trusting the process, turning into a feeling of oneness, community and strengths.

The title of the „Islands of Sanity“ experience is inspired by Margaret Wheatley's book "Who do you choose to be? An invitation to the nobility of leadership."
